Baseball Manitoba will be operating summer baseball camps in 2021. The focus of these camps will be 5 tools that are imperative to success in baseball: Hitting, Throwing, Fielding, Running and Game Strategy. These camps will be designed using principles of Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and the knowledge of some of Manitoba's most experienced camp clinicians!
All aspects of these camps will follow the Return to Play health and safety guidelines. This includes:
- Physical Distancing
- Frequent Hand Washing
- No Sharing of Equipment or Personal Items
- No Spitting, Chewing Gum, or Eating Sunflower Seeds
- No Touching

$200 ($160 for Week 1)
Daily Schedule
8:30am to 9:00am: Drop-Off
9:00am: Skill Development
12:00pm: Indoor Supervised Lunch (lunch is not provided)
1:00pm: Skill Development (Continued) or Games
3:30pm: Cool Down/Stretch/Talk
4:00pm to 4:30pm: Pick-Up
Players will be required to bring the following:
- Water, Lunch, and Snacks
- Appropriate Attire - Shoes/Cleats, Hat, etc
- Equipment - Glove, Helmet, and Bat
- Sunscreen
- Hand Sanitizer
All items must be clearly marked as their own.
*Baseball Manitoba will provide a few bats to be shared (wiped down after each use), but players are encouraged to bring their own.

2021 Weekend (1-day) Camps
The 5-Tool Summer Camps will be traveling around the province this year, giving all young players in Manitoba a chance to participate. The camps will be 5 hours in length (includes lunch break) and will consist of Skill Development in the mornings and Games in the afternoons. All players will receive a camp t-shirt and instruction from Baseball Manitoba Clinicians!

Host Requirements - Weekend Camps
- Complete the online form
- Provide a facility that includes a baseball diamond and covered/shaded areas (for lunch)
- Provide a contact person who will be available at the event
- Communicate host date with your Sport Development Committee Rep
- Advertise to all players in your area
