NEW FOR 2018!

In partnership with The Canadian Women's Baseball Association and Toronto Girls Baseball, we are very excited to bring Manitoba Girls Baseball to Winnipeg this spring! 12U Girls Baseball Development Team

Girls-12U-Summer-Classic-2017_FullSize (002).jpg
Girls and women have played baseball almost since the sport’s invention. Today, approximately 1500 girls play youth baseball in Manitoba. We continue to promote girls baseball at younger levels to develop the love of the game and the skills to be successful.
What better than an all-girls team?
The mandate of the 12U Girls Baseball Development Program is to provide a place for young ladies to play baseball in an all-girls team. The goal is to develop and improve a baseball skill-set and give these fledgling players an opportunity to grow and develop as baseball players in a fun girls setting. The 12U program is designed as a supportive development opportunity for players to get a chance to learn all positions. We encourage all players to play community ball in addition to this program.
Please note that we are augmenting other programs in place – not taking away! We would be working around other teams as much as possible, but at the same time provide more opportunities and introduce a new game to our female youth of the Province.
